bruise + arm
Despite a gnarly wrist-bruise from getting my arm chewed up with wrist-locks at aikido class...Vin, as an admirer of all things he deems "tough," was a big fan of my jumprope-induced forearm bruise.I've never really been much of a runner, but I like jumping rope because it's much easier for me to trance-out and forget that I'm exercising.
