While I was exploring the grounds, I even spotted a few sizable wild gibnuts running around! Hey! Please don't eat me! I'm adorable! In Belize they call this animal a gibnut and it's considered a local delicacy.Afterwards, the cook took us out back and showed us the hutch where he raises pacas.
