a thing in 100 photos cute S'ok. You take big bed, I'll snuggle with Bunny. Doesn't want to go outside! Maddy does the cutest shit in the morning when she wakes up and wants me to pet her before we get up for our walk. lol Arm rest = chin rest. Awww. WHY YOU WAKE IT? Hung out with this cutie on Friday afternoon. ...giving me doe-eyes in his cute lil bandana. Hung out with adorable baby Lukas... Later that evening Gurj came over for a hang. Maddy loves to snuggle in "leg alley." Little kid in a big chair! Afghan roof for the win! How cute is this? Tickle him immediately! Adorable. Later that night, I took out my suitcase to unpack from my recent trip and I came into the living room to find this heartbreaking scene: Maddy's adorable way of trying to stop me from traveling without her! STOWAWAY! How could you resist a face like this? Before leaving, one of the fawns started nursing! What a hunch-whistle! ...that loves to drink Coca-cola! (Don't worry, he only gave him a sip). Hey! Please don't eat me! I'm adorable ! In Belize they call this animal a gibnut and it's considered a local delicacy. Piper slept in Ellen's elbow crook the whole drive out. Haha. Work buddy. ...his adorable new dog! We stopped to love them (and Meredith took her sandals off so that they could chew on them a bit. Oooooh, bad one!). Hey, why's it getting so chilly? WTF? Some time the heat's not enough and you have to build a pillow-fort around it in order to stop the shivering. Haha. Not before admiring these two helmeted cuties on the way out. Awwww. Maddy bidding me farewell on my way to work in the morning. Once it nuzzles in, it's instantly sleepy. Awwww, tiny nuzzler. On Sunday I hung out with Dr. Jenkins... Lovable vermin. Such a proud little Dingo! Wake up! It's time to take me for a walk! Not chewing wire or shoe. Just bone. Edie fell asleep resting her chin in a sunbeam on the stairs. A-dorable. My absolute favorite photo of Edie and Maddy. Awwww. Aww. ...and Maddy had rolled herself up like a taco. Look at her bright orange top teeth! So cheesy. On Saturday afternoon I watched Mitzi poke her little rat face through the hole she chewed in her hammock. Hahaha. It's a dog in a bag! (Sung to the tune of Dick in a Box ). Aw, really? I love how her stupid feet go in opposite directions. Landing gear up, please. Look at how Maddy used to fall asleep! All balled up light a little speckled hedgehog. When I sneaked in closer to get a better pic, Maddy momentarily woke up to see who was in the room. But as soon as she saw that it was only me... Look! It's got a belly that's almost two hand-lengths long! Learning how to sit! On Monday we took Mitzi out of her cage to give her a bath... Such winning hounds. Speckly pals. WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL DAY? Heartbreaker. Awwww, look at how Murdo's cradling her little puppy butt. Maddy and Gretchen. This photo hurts my heart. It took her all of about 10 minutes to use her razor sharp puppy teeth (and tiny puppy raptor claws!) to create a puppy-sized hole in the gate's mesh that she could easily wriggle her way through! Most adorable jailbreak ever! Aw, really? She was so cold when we got her back inside that we had to wrap her up in a towel-nest. The world's tiniest bean feel asleep with her little chinny-chin our our Meredith's lap like this. Trotting around doing some exploring. (Look how long her front leg looks! Ha!) This is your new home! You live here now! A bug pointing out a bug. ...of VERMIN ADORABLENESS! Look at this little one we caught peeking around into the DJ booth! We set out to hit the dance floor and make friends! When I was feeling well enough to be out of bed, I made sure to put in some quality time with the vermin. They're actually kind of cute, right? CAN HAZ TREETZ? (Check out the one down at the bottom trying to get the treat-jump on everyone else by mashing her snout through the bars!) I started calling around to see if anyone else in the neighborhood was up and I lucked out when Gurj answered! Filthy vermin cuddle pile! I don't know whether to say "Ewwww!" or "Awwww!" About an hour later, everyone's stomachs had settled down enough to have room for dessert! So I went and woke up the mysterious lump! Because there's only one thing that Meredith likes more than sleep... ...but I mean, seriously, c'mon. Even if you hate vermin, there's no one in the world who can't say this picture of two rats spooning each other in a box isn't ridiculously cute. (PS - If you count the intertwined tails, you'll realize there's a third rat cuddled up in the box behind these two love birds rats. I love how Piper looks all cute and frisky in this photo... ...you kind of have to admit that they look pretty adorable right here. Even if you think rats are terrible... I came home and found these two little vermin having a drink together. Even Honey Pie was sad for me. Hahaha. Look at her squinty eys and big, pink bottom lip. Oh, and Edie was there and rocking the school bus outfit that Meredith hand-made for her for halloween. Hahaha. Who's a cute little WienerBus? Keep at it, Ol' Boy! It's really coming along! I came home that night and found Hector on the couch working on his impression of the Firefox Logo . ...but when I picked him up to bury him, he turned out to be alive! It's a miracle! Baby mouse survived a car-smooshing! We moved him over to the side of the path out of future harm's way, and hit the beach! About an hour after we'd finished lunch, the rain finally stopped and we headed back out onto the beach where we made friends with a very friendly, albeit very bitey and very smelly beach puppy! Happy New Year, Sarah and Monkey! Being cute is hard work! It's bug-dog! Hahaha. And I used her as a beer coaster. Hahaha. I bet you'd call the ASPCA if you weren't laughing so hard right now. Well how about we tuck you under the covers so that you can... ...take a nap. Hahahaha. Awwww, are you sleepy, Pipes? Leigh was puppy-sitting for Ellen so I went over to her place on Sunday and we pet Piper so much that we sent her into a a stupor. Look at her face! Piper has expressive eyebrows and a tongue that's too long for her mouth so the tip is always peeking out. Is there anything better than a cute, underage girl in a wig fisting a Bud pounder on the street? Later Saturday night I went over to Misshapes. Here's me chilling in the back office with the Tinnz. Talk about a sweet face! (*rimshot!*) Goodbye, Emilie! Good luck in LA! And started a little snuggle party in the corner. Awwww. On the walk over towards the Thompkins Park, I went through a Dominican neighborhood on the Lower East Side and ran into the cutest, oldest, shiveriest little beagle mutt wearing a strapped-on sombrero. (I think she might even top the two dogs that I ran into that were wearing sunglasses ).
Who's my little birthday boy? Grant is! Yes he is! Yes he is!
