On Saturday morning, we checked out and said farewell before splitting up into separate cars for our drive home. Here's to a brand new year - love you all lots! ;) Snuggling in. Ellen picked me up bright and early Thursday morning for a dog party hiking trip. FOUR DOG CAR PARTY. She arrived with Piper and The Dude and I rolled up with Maddy and Edie. Aww, Piper! Brought the pack back to mine to hang. On Wednesday afternoon I walked to Washington Square Park to meet up with Ellen. We had 4 dogs between us. Conked out! On Friday night, Ellen, Grant, Piper and the Dude came over for a hang. Three-dog couch party ...drifted off to sleep in Ellen's lap. Post-pizza chatting while Piper slowly... Ellen, Hans, Piper and their new Golden Retriever puppy, THE DUDE! Piper is not a fan of the sparklers. Mrs. Hart rounded up the stragglers in the room! Piper leading the way! Haha. Chin-rest for the win. ...Ellen's mom carried Piper down in a basket! ...Ellen had to put her down.. Piper got some last minute lap action, before... Our big day! Not only was the house huge and fancy, it also had a ping pong table! Ellen & Piper gave us the tour of the grounds! Saw these guys on Monday! ...dogs and... Birthday kisses from Ellen & Piper. Everybody all settled in to watch TV and... Oh my god, these superfriends. Hahaha. All three! On the very first morning of 2014, Piper & Edie helped keep Ellen cozy while she waited for... Second day of Memorial Day Weekend. Mer went to the Zoo with her nephews, I took Maddy & Piper to the dog park... Piper slept in Ellen's elbow crook the whole drive out. Haha. Was going to head out to the beach, but ended up hanging around the neighborhood with these three halfwits. Hey, you seen my mom? On Friday morning Ellen dropped off Piper with us so we could look after her for the next week and a half. Maddy and Piper chased each other around. Look at that smile! So full of pizza and happiness and getting ready to nap out on a dog-pillow! Ellen came over to get in on the feast. Ellen stopped by at 7am to reunite us with our hound! Thanks so much for watching her, Ellen! Later that night, we had a few people over for a low key hang. Later that evening, Jared & Ellen joined us... On Sunday night Ellen came back from her trip to St. Lucia and came over to our place to claim her nugget! Happy Friday the 13th! Another night, another dog party. This is the face Piper makes when I scratch her belly. Haha. Hung out a lot of with this little lady. Trying to walk these two at the same time is tricky. Dog park afternoon. Awww, buddies. And two tiny dogs. On Saturday we got a Piper to watch while Ellen was away on vacation! On Sunday Ellen came over! Here she is enthusiastically cheering on Meredith's decision to try to be a... Ellen came over later that evening! We walked the dogs over to Sheen Brothers... Later that evening, Matt and Ellen came over to welcome us back home! Yay! On Wednesday evening, Ellen (and Piper) came and picked me up and we went out to Brooklyn to see... Such party professionals! Ellen and Piper!
