a person in 196 photos hans Brunch gang! Awww. That afternoon, a bunch of us met up for brunch in the restaurant my apartment (The Wayland). Josh wanted one more go! Juliette wanted to try next! On the drive back to NYC we stopped off to visit Ellen & Hans! <3 On Monday night a bunch of us met up at Meredith's for a.... On Wednesday evening, Ellen, Hans, Amanda and I went to the Rubin Museum of Art to see... Make a wish! (Which was probably to leave NYC really soon!) Happy birthday, Ellen! ...Hans sneaked out of the bedroom with a lit cake! On Saturday morning, we checked out and said farewell before splitting up into separate cars for our drive home. Here's to a brand new year - love you all lots! ;) ...and spent the evening doing puzzles and having a mellow evening together. We ordered dinner in... We packed up later that afternoon and drove to a nearby hotel so we could enjoy one more night out in the Hamptons before driving home. Headed back to the house. ...pop it off for 2016! Up and at 'em for group breakfast at 10am! Hahaha. So good. Here we go! ...consulted with our resident chef about preparation... The view of Hans and The Dude playing in the snow from the kitchen window! It was really cold outside, and the space was a big, open converted barn, so we had to get the woodburning stove cranking and stay sort of close. Three-dog couch party ...Sarah's birthday! Which is always just an excuse to hang... Grant's friend Andres was visiting from Vancouver. Went to a dinner party at Ellen & Hans' on Wednesday. After we ate, we busted out the big screen projector... Thanks for having us all over and cooking for us! ...to be fed by magic-man Hans at an Ellen & Hans' dinner party! We took turns passing around The Dude 2015, let's do this! You made it, dog! 2015! HAPPY NEW YEAR! ...and before we knew it, we were watching the ball fall! We somehow managed to not lapse into a cheese stupor... On Wednesday evening I went over to Ellen & Hans' apartment to say goodbye to 2014! Hahaha. A smiling German man kept bringing us piping hot pizza after pizza! Later that evening, I walked west on 9th Street, until I found myself in the West Village! I arrived to find Hans lovingly arranging... The fluffiest puppy. Ellen, Hans, Piper and their new Golden Retriever puppy, THE DUDE! ...open some wedding presents! We all got to watch Ellen & Hans... Haha. Ulie delivered some refreshments to the dance floor! Ellen and Hans were in the middle... With each passing line... ...and then Ellen and Hans made an appeal for everyone to come dance! Cake-free faces... ..are very kissable. Nobody smashed cake into anyone's face or anything. Very well-behaved! Time for some cake-cutting! Out on the dance floor...
