Meredith brought free make up that she'd gotten from one of her photo-retouching clients. On Saturday, a big crew got together at La Palapa to celebrate Sarah's birthday! Peter Gaston's birthday party (with lots of Peter masks! lol) Before we were passing around babies we were passing around our pups. <3 On Sunday afternoon, a bunch of us went over to Matt's for a gang hang. Everyone brought along something snacky On Monday morning I met up with Matt, Kim... ...for a big gang hang brunch! On Sunday Sarah had us all over to Apt 3A... Phone stories! Lol Kim's face. I'm writing this in January of 2021 in the post-Covid era and it's nice to see all these people just chillen in a room. ...cracking each other up all night. Kim is one of the best laughers I've ever met... It was really lovely to watch Kim and her sister... Looking at these pictures makes me laugh! ...and it was so great to see that it runs in the family! ...Hans sneaked out of the bedroom with a lit cake! So good. Window gang. After a few minutes, we got confident enough to venture out into the hall! I brought my hoverboard along (I carried it over in a bag! Putting the fun in functional! PRUUUUNE! Works for dudes too, apparently! The prune secret is out! PRUUUUUUUUUUUNE! Hahaha. I don't know about cheekbones, but it's definitely a way to make your friend laugh. As the giggles set in, on of the gals told us that the Olsen Twins' secret to always having great-looking cheekbones in their photos is to look at each other and silently say the word "Prune." Here we go! Getting near the end! After Jenga ended... After the movie, we got into some serious Jenga! I enjoy watching women do each other's nails and find it very calming. Maybe it's because it reminds me of how other animals preen each other? But most-likely it's because I grew up in NJ. It was really cold outside, and the space was a big, open converted barn, so we had to get the woodburning stove cranking and stay sort of close. Snack party. Did I mention it was filled with three different flavors of PUDDING? After the state of singledom was finished being assessed, it was time to salve our wounds.... Chinstrap & Knucktats. Kim called dibs on this one! Went to a dinner party at Ellen & Hans' on Wednesday. After we ate, we busted out the big screen projector... ...Hahaha. And then Quinn took us through her collection of... Thanks for having us all over and cooking for us! Caught Kim's twirling... ...disappearing act! Hehehe. Xavier & Kim... ...was Lil Kim! Two more! ...more people joined in! Each time we snapped... I spent the beginning of October out in Montauk for Ellen & Hans' awesome wedding (lots more pics of that coming soooooon!) Aww, buddies! Ok, on to the reception ! ...while Xavier and Kim had already won before the game started with planned matching tennis outfits . ...the women all sneaked upstairs to tuck Matt into bed! After grabbing lunch, Kim spotted one of the creepy-ass-fuck Dan Perino "looking for a girlfriend" flyers that had just gone up all around the neighborhood.
