Wednesday night Meredith came over for a hang and an burrito. On Tuesday night I met up with Meredith and Fatty... Meredith and Gurj came over for a Sunday brunch hang! Meredith came over for dinner... On Monday afternoon we got together to celebrate Meredith's birthday! Brunch gang! Awww. That afternoon, a bunch of us met up for brunch in the restaurant my apartment (The Wayland). Meredith brought free make up that she'd gotten from one of her photo-retouching clients. Meredith came over for a dinner and a Maddy-cuddle. Went over to Meredith's for a hang with Maddy on Tuesday. Then she tried out some virtual reality. On Saturday, a big crew got together at La Palapa to celebrate Sarah's birthday! On Wednesday afternoon I met up with Meredith for a veggie lunch... Man of Kent takeout dinner is a cabin staple. Hike break! ...and then we grabbed some beers and went for a hike on the mountain. So nice to hang with these lovelies and enjoy a fire in the sun. Love seeing my favorite peoples out and about. Later that night I went over to Meredith's for dinner and a hang. Later that evening, she came over to my apartment... Ten days later I was back in NYC and headed over to Meredith's apt to pick up the ween. We hung out and had a lazy Sunday together. On Wednesday afternoon Meredith came over to pick up Maddy... I kept an eye on the bite areas for a few days and little while later got tested for Lyme's...but lucked out came out negative! Lesson learned - wear a hat and tick spray up at the cabin! On Saturday morning Meredith came over with Major and she brought along matching Hawaiin shirts for the dogs to wear to the Washington Square Park Dachshund Meetup. (Maddy is always so bummed when I put her in any kind of costume.). "Dad, please take this off me." Glad we still get to do weird stuff together, Meredith! In the end, we decided to take them over in the NUDE! On Sunday evening I went to Meredith's for an Easter dinner of vegetarina lasagna. I was still fighting a serious case of the sads and felt immense relief to be around the kind of friend where you are comfortable being at your worst. (Thanks for having me over for dinner when I was feeling so sad, Mer!) Awww, thanks buddies. Great to see you all. Later that afternoon Meredith, Gurj and Karen came over for a hang! On Saturday Meredith came over with her new wire-haired dachshund, Major! ...Meredith showed me a few of the dachshunds she was thinking about adopting! After presents....
