I love karaoke faces when people are really givin er. So we hopped in a cab and headed over to Sing Sing for round 2! Later that evening, Matt, Meredith & Ellen came over! Mer was getting ready to take a trip with Dylan for the first time! Went out to Brooklyn with Grant to celebrate Sarah's birthday! Happy birthday, Sarah! After a few drinks, we walked over to... I love how this photo turned out looking like an impressionist painting. I know these smiling faces even when they're blurry. Later that night, Mer, Grand and Amanda came over for an Indian feast and a screening of.... On Sunday evening people came over to watch the much anticipated... Jeremy Therapized did not disappoint! Fellow karaoke enthusiasts Grant and Amanda were there! Waiting for Hans & Ellen to park the car. On Sunday morning Meredith, Grant and myself... Later Sunday evening, Grant and Amanda came over to watch season 3 of Louie... It was time for karaoke! (It's been awhile, old friend) Welcome back, Matt! Grant, Amanda & Cait came over in the evening so we could all watch the Breaking Bad premiere together. Huge Italian feast. Later that evening, Mer and I went out to Brooklyn for dinner to celebrate... On Monday night after dinner... That evening Ellen came over to join us for the Mad Men season finale and Grant's puttanesca pasta with garlic bread and salad. Monday evening hang. Watching documentaries. About halfway around the island, Sarah spotted us and brought us beers! Meredith came out to join us! Mobile pizza party! On Thursday morning, we picked up a rental car, drove crosstown to pick up Catrinel at the office... ...head to a bar right down the street to meet up with these two to see.. East 9th Street has a new gang with matching jackets! Haha. Tuesday night movie and WAY too many snacks at Siege and Katie's. On Sunday morning I went running with Grant. He slowed down considerably to accommodate my beginner's pace. Silent grazing. I don't remember if there was a special occasion or if this was just a spring friend hang, but check out the solid Saturday night crew that rolled up into our place! On Wednesday morning Grant came back to New York. He came straight to our place and we ate bagels in the park. Tuesday morning work session in our living room. Our groups combined tables and we ordered lots of food. ...headed over to Odessa for our traditional "welcome back to NY" breakfast. Early on Monday morning, Grant arrived on the red eye from Vancouver. He dropped his bag off at our apt and we... ...with these two! Happy October 2011! No dice! We ended up walking back to the East Village... Mer & Grant. Dancefloor... Congrats, other Meredith! Let's hear it for internet strangers! After party at our place! ...and took her to the dog park. Maddy was in awe... ...to meet up with Clayton to see Cave of Forgotten Dreams in 3D! TWINSIES! Later that afternoon, we walked to IFC in the West Village...xx Red bathroom portraits. Right around midnight, we got our winter gear on... ...and later that evening, Cat came over dinner. Me, Grant, Mer and Doug. Put em back! Grant was in town! We met up and walked past my old place on the Bowery... Grant, Cat, Mer and me. Later on, Cat showed up! Talk about a Holiday Party reunion! After, Kate and Siege took us all out for pizza and beers for helping with the schlepping. Mmmmmm, pizza. Mmmmmm, beer. Siege and I drove over to their new apartment in the moving truck. When we arrived, we found a whole bunch of new people who had showed up to help unpack! Of course, this led to more jumping action shots! Meredith did the jumping jack while Grant went for the more difficult David Lee Roth version Immediately afterwards, Grant made history by attempting the first "flying brain!" Alas, he wasn't able to get his nuts out in time. Hahaha. The van ride home! Grant sat upfront with me... Action jump-shot in the parking lot. I love this photo SOOOOO MUCH! Afterwards, we had time for one more big coaster and then it was time... ...IN 3-D! Hahaha. We all cooled down with some beers. ...and then hopped in our rental and headed back to NYC! Emma and Rob's wedding ceremony was on the beach, so after we'd finished getting all dressed up, we headed a few hundred feet down to boardwalk and awaited the arrival of the bride and groom. ...and made it in bed just in time! Three peas in a pod! G'night! Two in the bed! Room for one more? I set the auto-timer on my camera... Here we are back in to Grant's hotel room that the three of us would be sharing! ...AND some b-boy dancing! Again, I'm not sure what song it was, but it apparently required some pogo-ing... Hahaha. A little before 3am, Grant and Meredith closed out the night with a final duet! Look who's got mantis arm! Afterwards, I left Sarah's to meet up with Grant and Meredith who were down the street having drinks at some random bar. ...we got right back to playing DDR. Grant, Mer, Siege and KT. Our blurry entrance! ...Dance Dance Revolution for Xbox (which Grant, Fatty and Amanda had chipped into get me for Xmas). Fucking amazing gift. Afterwards, I went out for drinks with Mer and Grant (who were certainly excited about something!). Later that night, Grant, Amanda and I headed over to Fatty's apartment to enjoy the dinner that he and Meredith had whipped up! First a little tomato, basil and mozzarella salad... Dancefloor! Grant wanted to trade "headwear." Meredith, Grant and Victoria. (Grant gives Dith the evil eye) Group shot underground. She wasn't really mad. So...HIGH TEN! I momentarily left my group to see what some drunk girl across the room was up to. This photo translated into English mean "You there with the camera! It is your turn to jump high."
