Mer and I stopped off and got ourselves a nice light dinner. ...red velvet waffles. Whaaaaat? Delightful waffle morning. On Saturday we went out for a massive breakfast. Oh yes. Pancakes, waffles and french toast! About 15 minutes into our swim, breakfast was announced. And, holy moly, what a breakfast it was! YES! Ingredients for Canadian Ice Cream Waffles! Mom got a waffle. Waffle with jam? Yes! And some orange DRANK that we thought was orange juice. On Wednesday night I got treated to waffles and ice cream by a college journalism student named Edwina who wanted to interview me about this site! Who says blogging doesn't get you things?
