Yo, props to all you parents out there. After a single long day of playing with a kid, as soon as it's night time I'm out on the porch for a puff, a beer, and a cheese crackers schnack (or three).
A little bit of bleed-over from the end of September! On Sunday night, Grant, Amanda & Mer came over to watch the finale of Breaking Bad followed by the premiere of Eastbound & Down.
Not only is Grant the kind of friend that drives to the airport at midnight to pick you up, unfurl a flag and feed you Canadian donuts, he also stocks the car with exoctic local delicacies like ketchup-flavored potato chips!
Five-and-a-half hours later, I arrived in Vancouver to find Grant awaiting me with an unfurled Canadian flag and a box of TimBits, Tim Horton's answer to the Munchkin.
Oh, then I made a nutella & apple pizza for dessert. Mmmmm. This is the end of my January photos because the very next day I flew to Belize for the rest of the month. Happy January 2013!

We decided it was time for a lunch break. I tried to buy "two pizzas" and the woman working at the concession stand said to me "Two pizzas and two fries?" Me, "No, two pizzas." Her, "I'm sorry sir, we don't serve pizza without fries." After clarifying that it was actually not possible to purchase justafuckingpizzawithoutfries, we decided to go with something totally different: the breadsticks.

...score some cookies! I went to go see the movie 50/50 and Mer and Gurj went to Irving Plaza to visit Ellen at a Third Eye Blind DVD shoot. (No, seriously!)
