They've got a long-standing Christmas tradition of... After Grant's face couldn't take anymore shaking, they moved on to documenting... ...Grant's aerial skills! (Kid's still got it!) ...we adjourned to the studio... So Clayton could try out the rig he'd set up to capture slow-motion video. Later that night I met up with Grant and we went out to Williamsburg to catch up with this guy!o After a pizza from Sal's and a catch up... ...that his team will be victorious in Cranium! Thankful for all the years I've known you, Clayton! xo! ...to wish Mr. Clayton Cubitt and very happy birthday! Every year Siege wishes for the same thing... Katie with the cake! Look who left Williamsburg! On Monday evening I biked down to the edge of Chinatown to have dinner at Grant's new apartment with Katie & Clayton. On Friday evening, I had dinner with this lovely gentleman. Later that evening, went out to Brooklyn to celebrate Cynthia's birthday. Happy birthday, Cynthia! On Tuesday night Grant and I went out to Williamsburg to hang with Clayton and Katie. Walking home, I spotted the newest issue of the Village Voice with Clayton's portrait of Stoya on the cover. Congrats, bud! He ended up not being featured in the first episode except for a brief clip promoting a future episode, where he said exactly one word: "Penis!" After dinner, she and I walked over to Amanda's apartment for a TV premiere party! ...so we all gathered to see our friend's inaugural series appearance! Grant had recently done a bunch of talking-head interviews for a new History Channel TV series called "How Sex Changed the World"... Later that evening, Grant and I went over to Clayton's to watch the DOD's latest Oscar-winning film, Zero Dark Thirty. Nice to see where our tax dollars are going! (Did you know that Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 overturned a law that was in place for 64 years that made it illegal for the government to directly propagandize to American citizens? The new law not only makes it legal, they now have a congressional budget to do so) Happy March, 2013! Allergic to nutrients! (Katie's face in the background makes me laugh out loud every time I look. Hahahaha.) On Wednesday night I went out to Clayton & Katie's place. Katie made juice with her juicer and Siege agreed, reluctantly , to drink some. Wincing and chugging! The man behind the glass always knows how to do a perfect pout. It's just a matter of finding the right hat. Later that evening we went to Siege and Katie's... Happy taco birthday! Later that evening I met up with Caiti and we went over to Cynthia's for a birthday taco party! New wheel lights. After dinner, Clayton came over and we went for a night bike ride... ...all the way down East River Park. On Thursday evening, a bunch of us got together to see... Away we go! Late night snacking in front of the fire. Fern in your cap! BBQ! Just as we were finishing up, Siege, Katie, Cynthia and Amanda arrived! Tuesday night movie and WAY too many snacks at Siege and Katie's. Friday afternoon I had lunch with Siege. Later that evening, we went to a gallery opening in the Lower East Side to see some of Clayton's art work. On the way out we ran into Spencer Tunick (who took a naked group portrait at Emma's birthday party in the Chinatown loft way back in 2003 ! Happy birthday, friend.
