Trying to stick with my wheat grass juice made with frozen wheat grass ice cubes I got delivered. Oh, the internet. On Friday afternoon I got my first shipment of frozen wheatgrass juice. (I tried drinking it every day for a while. It was ok) Beets change everything. Got my juice on so hard on Saturday. Mmmm, breakfast. I always make 2 eggs for me... Delish. ...a large glass of carrot juice! ...then made juice. You know, just my normal weirdo activities. Awww yeah, bachelor cooking! Big salad, giant piece of bread, homemade juice, served with a block of cheddar to taste. I made a big juice! Ever wonder what those people you used to see out are doing on Saturday night? Saturday night juice club! Morning juice. Mmmmm. I think my expression gives you a pretty good idea what kale juice tastes like. Sadness. Terrible, terrible sadness. On Wednesday night I went out to Clayton & Katie's place. Katie made juice with her juicer and Siege agreed, reluctantly , to drink some. Wincing and chugging! The weather was calling for more rain so none of the diving boats were going out. If the weather wasn't going to improve, I decided it was time to leave the beach-town of Placenia and check out another part of Belize. I decided on San Ignacio, a town up in Belize's Cayo District, the country's mountainous rainforest region near the western border shared with Guatemala. I had a bunch of time before my 2pm bus, which I tried to fill with this delicious breakfast by the water's edge.
