Here's to a brand new year - love you all lots! ;) ...and spent the evening doing puzzles and having a mellow evening together. We ordered dinner in... We packed up later that afternoon and drove to a nearby hotel so we could enjoy one more night out in the Hamptons before driving home. ...pop it off for 2016! Happy New Year! As midnight approached, we moved to the party outside onto the deck! Four ladies I love. <3 ...to play Cards Against Humanity. Juliette was really excited to be partying with the grownups! Feel lucky to know all of you! (And sad that as I write this 2 years later most of you don't live in NYC anymore!) Happy November 2015! Before the month was over, we headed back to Hans & Ellen's for ONE LAST FEASTIN. I think Hans was out of town so it was a potluck style dinner. Hahah. Laugh until you fall down. Story time! This time to celebrate Hans' birthday! Early morning hang with these ladies I love in Quinn's very cool "pillow room." Made it to Asheville just as Meredith & Quinn were leaving the Halloween party they were at! Meredith came over for a hang in the evening. Meredith photo-retouching! Meredith had recently broken up with Dylan and our HEARTBREAK HOTEL agreement always stands so she came to stay on the couch for a few days and took turns holding the dogs until she felt better. ...and was looking like, whoa! ;) Meredith stopped by on her way out to a date... Returned to New York to find love notes & food from the dog-sitter! Watched a movie together before bed. Spent the evening together playing card games. The house had an excellent kitchen. Sunday 11am While out exploring for a place to eat dinner, we discovered a Zoltar machine! We celebrated our day out with a snack... Saturday was a big activity day. Slumber party! ...hung out by torchlight. We set up the tables and chairs in the garage out on the driveway and... It's funny you can just rent someone's house to hang out in. The future is different like that. Coffee break in Clark Summit, PA. Van team assemble ...directly to Brooklyn to a garden party celebrating Meredith & Dylan moving in together. Later that evening, I went out to Williamsburg to meet up with some familiar faces... Vacuum cuddlin Crowding in Sarah's bedroom like old times. <3 Happy Birthday, Cat! ...with a bunch of friends and a big Italian feast! Solid hangs. ...and had ourselves an old-fashioned pizza party. Love all of these ones. Exploring the fridge. Ellen cracking up because she arrived at my apartment after they had packed up filmed for the day, and she was so excited about the prospect of getting to eat at PANCAKE PARADISE! (Awww, you mean it's not real? No pancakes?) Later that evening, Matt, Meredith & Ellen came over! Mer was getting ready to take a trip with Dylan for the first time! ...with this winning team! Found funny Meredith drawings behind the dresser. Please don't pet my broken spine. On Friday night, we went out to Williamsburg for a game night hosted at Dylan's apt. Take Two was a bullseye! Waking up! Here we go! After breakfast, we got down with a hardcore... Haha. It was really cold outside, and the space was a big, open converted barn, so we had to get the woodburning stove cranking and stay sort of close. Mer came by Saturday morning for a visit! After the state of singledom was finished being assessed, it was time to salve our wounds.... Went to a dinner party at Ellen & Hans' on Wednesday. After we ate, we busted out the big screen projector... ...Hahaha. And then Quinn took us through her collection of... Thanks for having us all over and cooking for us! ...to be fed by magic-man Hans at an Ellen & Hans' dinner party! So many lasagnas. Post-meal hijinks with Juliette.
