When I moved to New York in 1999, John was the first person I knew who'd converted a industrial space into a multi-person loft. He gave me all sorts of advice when we built out our loft space in Greenpoint in 2000! He'd since moved into a newer, bigger space and was in the process of building it out. While these guys worked on dinner... On Monday I came home and Meredith was making homemade empanadas. Meredith made an AMAZING mushroom risotto for dinner. Here, add spices! For dessert? Ooops! Guess I forgot to include these with April. On the last night of April, Meredith made homemade falafel! It's 12:08am! Happy Birthday, lady! ...cooking me dinner in her bra and paaaaaaaanties! Hahaha.
