tompkins + movie set
A pretty regular occurrence; I almost tuned it out but then as I was passing I noticed......Ben Sinclair and Katja Blichfeld and realized they were shooting the the first post-web-series High Maintenance episodes for HBO!Was walking through Tompkins on Thursday afternoon on my way to work and noticed they were filming something.They were filming a movie in Tompkins......and had rolls of white felt everywhere to hide the wires....to film another scene with Heather Graham.Walked home through the park and checked out another big, weird movie set they'd put up...On the walk through Tompkins Square park there was all sorts of a movie lighting gear everywhere....starring Heather Graham. Some basic internet sleuthing revealed this is a movie called My Dead Boyfriend, to be released later this year (2016).On the walk home through the park, I had to stop and wait for them to finish filming a scene......but we ended up seeing THREE different film crews while walking around! Here's the 2nd in Tompkins Park.
