Before hopping on the train to head to Yuka's shore house, I finally made good on my promise to experience another item off of McDonald's "weird foreign items" menu. Let's hear it for the Club House Mac! (It was exactly like a regular Big Mac except it was topped with a fried egg and a few slices of bacon! Which basically means that if my little brother ever reads this entry, there's like a 90% chance he'll be moving to Japan in the near future).

After a quick breakfast at McDonalds (hey, it was also on the ground floor of their building and one of the few places open!)...

And despite being totally stuffed with food, I spied a poster for this badboy on the wall, and snapped a pic to remind myself to sample the Club House Mac, Japan's contribution to McDonald's international menu before leaving.

Then, while waiting to find a taxi back to our hotel, we scored some McD's softserve...

It's okay to eat at McDonald's when you're traveling as long as you order one of the weird local sandwiches that you can't get at a McDonald's in the States.

Wednesday morning, Grant and I got up early and decided to head out to the beach. McDonald's breakfast sandwich? Check. Frisbee? Check.
