Spent Thursday afternoon at LeagueApps helping them plan to hire more staff! My favorite kind of work. We spent some time taking our pre-experiment guesses about the results... ...and mapping it against the actual results of the pilot we ran! Headed into Preo in the afternoon to help their CEO map out a plan for the next month... Went into Voray to help with some product work on Tuesday! Spent Tuesday whiteboarding with the founders of a Startup called Preo! Spent the afternoon whiteboarding with a startup client that had recently closed a round of funding. I ask people questions about their business and draw a map while we talk! They usually look something like this! Went to meet up with David & Duncan about Voray and helped them put together a plan for a functional product launch. Yay, whiteboarding! Wednesday work whiteboarding! Went to help one of my clients with quarterly planning.
