After we saw all the neighbor's lights turn on after the first firework exploded (loudly and repeatedly), we decided to... ...downgrade the birthday festivities to sparklers. Happy birthday, Frank! Also, nipple was shown. (Because, technically, it's not an official "Party at Siege & Katie's Apartment" until there's been visible nip.) ...The "Happy Birthday Katie Sparkler Celebration!" Which is where all the girls at the party waved their sparklers around, danced, wished Katie a happy birthday and made lots of "WOOOOOOOO!" sounds. Hahahah. So excited! After dinner the staff surprised Bev with a creme brulee with a giant, shooting sparkler stuck into it.
