After a few drinks, we went around the corner to score some late night eats at this place called Sam Wo which is apparently famous for a waiter that worked there for like 30 years named Edsel Ford Wong who was rude to all the customers. I just Googled
him and found out that he was
famous for saying things like "You want tea? Get it yourself!" Ooooooh!

I live in downtown Manhattan and "real deal" Chinatown, complete with crazy looks-like-you're-really-in-China buildings, is less than a five minute walk from my apt. I took this picture right before it started pouring rain in an attempt to capture the straight-outta-Ghostbusters sky.
On the way home, Tinny and I stopped at the totally scary, 24-hour McDonald's in Chinatown so I could get my McChicken on. There was this cute little old Chinese guy passed out in one of the booths and Tinny wanted me to take a picture of her giving him a kiss. I showed her this one and she decided she wanted a better one and motioned for me to give her the camera...
On Saturday I went back down to Mandarin Court for dim sum brunch with Ross Martin (Two weekends in a row! I knew I got that hepatitis shot a few months ago for a reason!).
