a thing in 11 photos bedroom On Saturday I took everything out of my bedroom so I could clean it really well. Woke up feeling excited / anxious! I like attending parties, but get a little stressed when I'm the host! Very nice to wake up to in the morning! Ta-da! Saturday was the day of my 40th birthday party! (2 days in advance of my actual birthday). Spent the morning... Nice to not have to climb a ladder to get into bed (but weird to be sleeping on the floor again!) Ta-Da! Moved the bed back into my brand new blue bedroom! After clearing everything out, I painted the room! So weird to see this room empty! That meant that it was time to take apart the excellent loft Pauly built and installed the week before Meredith and I moved into this apt in April 2010 ! After three and a half years of living alone, I decided I was ready to trade in some apartment storage space to not have to climb a ladder every time I get in or out of bed!
