Lord Easy and Chris on the mic. GIVN'ER! This girl was awesome. On Friday night we went to Poisson Rouge to see KKTC ! Here's Lord Easy and Chris kicking things off. This guy Michael is one of my favorite people to watch do karaoke. Totally shocked by gayness! Vadim and Amanda's tummy. Hahaha. So there you have it. One of the bestest Decembers ever. Happy Holidays! Bret Gelman and Kimi sang a duet! Amanda again! This time I think she was singing something by Heart. Amanda, much like me, favors any song that involves a lot of SCREAMING! John hit the stage and got down to business for what I believe was his very first singing karaoke! Hahahah. Chris approves. He killed it! Vadim was there. So were his finger-less karaoke gloves. Amanda and Chris! Rokk! Beltin' out Barracuda . Later that night I went to Piano's for some "Karaoke Killed the Cat" action. John, Ellen and Ellen's brother were all there! I also finally got to sing karaoke with Kimi! I met her in passing at a party back when I was living in San Francisco (back when she was a blonde!) and we finally got to hang out after I ran into her after she'd moved to NYC! So was the OTHER Ellen in my life! Karaoke performer extraordinaire, Ellen Stagg. Happy Birthday, Amanda! (PS - are you wearing a birthday pantsuit ???) Later that night I went over to Karaoke Killed the Cat at Pianos in order to sing some 'roke and... So if you're looking for a good karaoke time, go to Pianos and then head upstairs around 11:30. You won't be disappointed. These guys put more into their karaoke performances than anybody I've ever seen. "Mr. Roboto."
