After our French guests had tired of the novelty of sweaty, topless men, we packed up the crew and headed over to Plaid to check out a party that the Fugees were supposedly throwing.

We met up with Louise and Laure (aka - the French girls) out front of the club and got in line. Before they'd even let us into the place, they made Grant and I take off our shirts. We were warned that we'd be permanently removed from the party if we put them back on.

So check this out: the previous night I was at a party at a place called Capitale and I met, Laure (the girl on the right), a Parisian living in New York for the summer. She told me that the next day was her birthday - I got her number and told her that I'd love to meet up with her should she decide to hit the town for her birthday. Long story short, she called me the next day and agreed to come meet us at Plaid with, in her words, "a cute girl and two guys." So Laure showed up with Louise (the girl on the left)...

UPDATE November 9th, 2008: If you've read Grant's book (and if you haven't, WHY HAVEN'T YOU?), this was the night that Grant was planning on finally getting in on with Louise but he ended up drinking so much that he was worried that he wouldn't be able to get a hard-on and took an entire 100mg pill of Viagra!
