I ended up moving the laptop behind me out of my line of site. The software allows you to "record" your brainwaves and review them after the session is complete.

A really not-so-cool thing is the cone-shaped metal sensor that leaves a divit in your forehead! (The new headset is much more improved...and cheaper).

On Thursday evening, I finally managed to get the NeuroSky headset I ordered working with my computer! The headset is a BCI (brain-computer interface) that measures your brainwaves in real-time and sends a stream of data wirelessly to your computer where it can be used to interact with computer programs.
