tagged together in 12 photos statue + art On Wednesday morning, I walked out my building and noticed that someone had turned one of the willow tree stumps into a giant sculpture of Groot from Avengers. I took this picture because I thought he looked like Amy Albano's husband Matt ! I'll post this version instead of the one where I'm "keeping my balance" by holding onto Kim's dreamy leg. Our group made a slight detour along the way to climb all over a giant ant. When western medicine has failed you, why not see a doctor with a monkey lord statue in their waiting room? Later that afternoon, I biked down to Chinatown for my first visit with an acupuncturist. Huge carved buddha head on the porch. Laughing statues.
