showing 2013 only · show all yearsHappy October 2013!...I spotted this excellent pigeon costume complete with spoofed NYC Parks & Rec sign!Army of NYPD gathering in prep for the parade.On Thursday, biking over to ShopKeep's offices near the Holland Tunnel, I had to figure out to cross the Halloween Parade route!...and checked out all of the Halloween decorations that they'd put up along the sidewalk.We took Maddy exploring through the garden across the street...Later that evening, I took the subway out to Williamsburg...
