On Wednesday our company went out to dinner with AOL to celebrate the closing of a deal under which Spring Street is going to power AOL's Love.com. Barry (the guy who came up with the idea for instant messaging, holy crap) Louis and Scott.
Right after Louis and I posed with this gondolier in the background, Louis took me on a gondola ride. He sang me a song and then after we got back on land took me up to his room and made sweet, sweet love to me while...oh, wait! What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! Shhhhh!
On Thursday, my whole company took the afternoon off to see "The Matrix: Reloaded." (Yeah, we're big, fucking dorks. I know). Louis' six year old son Stephen came along and the movie got him so wound-up that when we got out of the theater he jumped up into this big potted flower display outside the theater and started romping through them...
So Sunday night Louis and I landed in San Fran and picked up another bitchin' convertable rental car (This time we got a 'Stang which is way hotter than our last car.)
When chided for his unenthusiastic presentation of the capital in the previous pic, Louis got all "Vanna" on me and busted out some serious displaying skillz.
With a few hours to kill before conference registration, we wandered around Madison. Here's Louis in front of the capital building (the rotunda's a replica of the capital building in DC. Pretty cool, eh?)
Thelma & Louis (hehe) on the run. (Look at Louis in the background...see that serious face he's making? Yeah, that's because instead of enjoying the ride, he was responding to emails via his Blackberry messenger.)
