See you later, lovely Caye Caulker.Fifteen minutes after taking off we circled San Pedro...At the airport I bought an $80 USD plane ticket out to San Pedro (the island made famous by Madonna's La Isla Bonita )Flying south along Belize's coastline. You can see the Placenia Peninsula in the background.Gorgeous jungle-river view under the wing.Touchdown in Belize!Back in the air a little after 2pm, I looked out the window and noticed things were starting to look gorgeously turquoise and tropical.
