On the way home we saw a three year old girl wearing knee-high, platform-heeled hooker boots for Halloween (uh, at least we hoped it was for Halloween).
Later that night after we'd finished Cranium, Niki the Roommate came home and Grant reminisced with her about how awesome it was to get to meet Molly Sue from ANTM. Which then led to a conversation about how different girls on the show did in recent episode where they had to walk down a runway in heels...which then led to Grant talking about how good he would've been at walking down the runway in heels...which then led to him suiting up in a pair of Niki's high-heeled boots...
Ten minutes later, we solved the mystery when we realized that the phone fell off the bed and into Niki's jean-cuff and had gotten zipped up into her boot! Hahahaha. (Which is why no matter where we walked it sounded like the phone was "right near us.")
Right afterwards, we made a run to McDonalds to get some food. On the walk over, Greg found a pair of women's high-heeled boots on the street and traded his shoes for them. Here he is laughing hysterically showing his new shoes to the (very confused) late shift workers behind the counter.
After leaving Joey's, Grant and I were walking over to visit our friend Matty (who was DJing at a nearby club) and in transit, ran into Tiffany and Sarah on the street. (Who represent Arizona we-own-boots pride in this pic.).
