a thing in 19 photos bowery ballroom ...to see The Twilight Sad with Sarah. On Tuesday night I went over to Bowery Ballroom... Hung around after the show to say hi to the fellas. And caught up with Chris & Sarah! Gave me the 2005 feels so hard. So awesome to see them play their whole debut album from start to finish. ...Nightmare of You's 10-year anniversary show! ...and then headed over to the Bowery Ballroom to see a CMJ Showcase for Gurj's work. (I don't remember who this is!) Spotted this great Mutant piece up on the Bowery The crowd was pretty indie. Three specials later we were magically transported to Bowery Ballroom to see Archers of Loaf! Great show. The crowd was kind of Petty ! For the finale, EVERYONE was on stage! With each song, more and more people got on stage. ...and slayed American Girl . On Thursday evening, Tyson invited Mer and I to Bowery Ballroom to see Petty Fest! This homeboy was straight-up cuh-razy. In middle of a song's breakdown, he made his way through the crowd, then shimmied up one of the balcony's supporting columns. After walking back and forth on the wrong side of the railing... ...this crazy motherfucker hooked his feet into the railing and sung the rest of the song thrashing around while hanging upside down .
