By Wednesday late-evening I was back home in New York's sweet, late-night, empanada-delivering arms. ...and on the way home stopped for some empanadas... Late night empanada dinner for the win! Later that night we reconvened at Matt's to attempt to watch Game of Thrones and not slip into a food coma after Hans came rolling in with FOUR DIFFERENT KINDS of homemade empanadas. In the case of Empanadas Bar, they were that delicious. (But they closed a few months later anyway.) Boo! Empanada-fest for dinner!
