Spent the day...All dressed up!On Sunday I was up at 530am to pack and head to the airport.I stayed up playing guitar in my undies...Had the day off on Friday! Played some guitar and read another excellent book on etheric body by Master Choa Kok Sui!We arrived back in Portsmith, NH around 8pm and decided to stop in and check out Kate's painting studioWe got a solid seven hours of driving in and stopped to get a hotel room around 1am.Came home to a dachshund very excited to see me. Was trying to take a regal birthday photo of us together......but someone kept trying to slip me the baloney tongue! (Ewwww!)Monday was my ACTUAL FORTIETH BIRTHDAY! Rolled out of bed and snapped a pic. It's official - you're on the BACK NINE!It's like a little piano that you blow into via a little mouth-tube!40 years old and in the best shape of my life! Did my afternoon exercises and took a few birthday flex-down selfies for the record!Rocking my (deer dana) Edie shirt from a million years ago!Did my own workout and Sunday morning Pauly Walnuts flexdown (future me will be so thankful)A month to go until my 40th birthday! Worked out in the park in the morning.Did my weird yoga stretching stuff.Back home in NY on Wednesday. Spent the afternoon taking care of my plants!Plant care Saturday around the house!Later that evening, Meredith and I headed out to Queens...
