Awesome new bike lane was painted on a road that's right on my commute to work! At Houston we had to stop and wait for the light. ...and we met up with Meredith's parents in Union Square to bike down to Chinatown for some veggie dim sum! Here's Jo Ann! Check out Lafayette Street! Closed off to traffic and turned into a two-way mega bike lane! On Saturday's in August they close a bunch of Manhattan streets to cars so that everyone can ride bikes everywhere! It's called Summer Streets and it's awesome!
