Taco balls (!!!) and fake-meat-filled empanadas!Falafel, tofu skewers with tomato and green beans, corn congee, salad, sauces...I busted out my four-part gift!Back at home that evening, I kicked off the gift portion of Valentine's Day with some chocolates. On the way home I picked up a Valentine's Day card. It was the first time I ever had to go to the FOR MY WIFE section!
