He batted those pretty brown eyes at me from across the table while using 4SQ to announce our love to the interwebs. Went out to Williamsburg to meet Vin for a lonely hearts club Valentine's Day KOREAN FEAST! Valentine's Day card from my mom. Maddy really appreciates all the work she puts into finding dachshund-related material! Valentine's flowers... Afterwards, Sarah and Ellen came over for Valentine's Day treats. Yes! Part 3: Vegetarian marshmallows. Ok, so it's s'mores stuff. What about #4? Meredith trying to feel a guess. And chocolate-covered strawberries! Hot raspberry heart pie! SO MANY DISHES! Taco balls (!!!) and fake-meat-filled empanadas! Falafel, tofu skewers with tomato and green beans, corn congee, salad, sauces... I busted out my four-part gift! Back at home that evening, I kicked off the gift portion of Valentine's Day with some chocolates. On the way home I picked up a Valentine's Day card. It was the first time I ever had to go to the FOR MY WIFE section! ...a fridge full of Sparks... This is how we roll on Valentine's Day. A counter full of treats... ...Toadally (ha!) mine. (And hey, Gummy Bug inside!) Meredith got me this frog-tastic, edible Valentine's Day card so I'd know that she was... Wednesday was Valentine's Day! And I was lucky enough to have this little nugget as my date! And last but not least, a fancy carrying case for her new laptop! (And yes, I really do have a girlfriend that gets totally stoked about getting a laptop bag for Valentine's Day! I win!).
