After the movie, we went back to the vegetarian restaurant we'd eaten at the previous afternoon and had ourselves another epic feast for less than $2 USD. Man, was that place tasty.

Here's me about to lapse into a food coma. We both totally gorged ourselves and the whole meal for the two of us came to 60 Baht (about $1.25 USD). After lunch, we walked around for a bit and decided to head back to our room to read and nap until the afternoon cooled down a bit.
thai food

Saturday night I met up with David and Miye (my favoritest married couple) in Nolita and we headed out to Hoodside, Queens to check out Sripraphai, which a Thai friend of David's had told him was the "hands down the best authentic Thai food in NYC."
thai food
David's friend ended up being right on the money. The food was totally out of this world (and reeeediculously cheap). If you live in NYC, hop on the 7 train and make a special trip. It's worth it. Here's a Google link to a bunch of reviews of the place (apparently, it's highly regarded by lots of people).
thai food
Hahaha. Look at David licking his lips as he peruses the menu.
thai food
Later that night, the Fatty felt like "uhhh, maybe a little Thai, dude?" So we headed over to this joint on Newbury Street. And then after dinner we headed over to Boston Billiards, the place where we'd be surprising Seth.
