Scott with Abbey, Michael & Liam!

Scott & Erika's kids getting all grown up!

It was pleasantly mind-bending to spend the day at Action Park with Scott's kids who are only a few years shy of being the same age we were when we used to go there twenty years ago! Great seeing you guys!

After BBQ, a bunch of different people played music. And then after a few songs, the musicians invited kids and anyone else who wanted to play music up to join them. I wish every party had this. It's so weird that we mostly listen to recorded music at parties instead of make it.
abbey
...and brought their 3, almost grown-up kids! We blew their tiny minds by letting them get food delivered from THREE DIFFERENT restaurants! Haha.

Abbey showing off her drawing. (Of a teddy bear jumping rope while a fairy flied overhead???)

Family dance!

Abbey with her dad!
abbey
Abbey the flower girl!

Abbey peed in the woods! Abbey peed in the woods!

Abbey!
abbey
We actually didn't mind at all. We had a way funner time than anyone else because we got to do coloring and no one else did. Here's Mer and Abbey tag-teaming a page out of one of Abbey's coloring books.
abbey
Yep, that's right. We got sat at The Kids' Table. Here's Abbey and Cassidy getting their spaghetti on!
abbey
Dah-dah!
abbey
Later that afternoon, we all piled into the Jentzen family minivan and got a lift all the way around the lake back to our car. Here's Meredith, Erika, Liam (in the back with his kindergarten graduation hat on!) and Abby.
abbey
After we were done tubing, we took the boat across the lake to the beach to meet up with Erika and the kids. Abbey and I went swimming.
abbey
Abbey feeding Liam one of the bugs she found!
abbey
Just Kidding! It's a grape! Ha!
abbey
The only pics I have from my time in NJ are from when Scott brought his two kids down to my parents house to visit and I took them out into the backyard to help them overturn rocks and hunt for bugs.
abbey
Abbey!
abbey
Abby agin.
abbey
Later that night we paid a visit to Scott to hang out and give his kids Christmas presents. Here's Abby with Uncle Bri!
abbey
Cah-yootie!
abbey
Her hair looks shoulder length, but if you pull her curls straight they reach half way down her itty-bitty little back.
abbey
Abbey voicing yet another complaint to Pappa Scott.
abbey
Pictured here yelling at me because she wanted to see my camera RIGHT NOW!
abbey
Abbey Rose!
abbey
Kids are easy to get to behave if you have ice cream to bribe them with.
abbey
Who needs a napkin?
abbey
After dinner we blew the kids' minds by showing them how to make S'mores.
abbey
On Friday night I took the train out to the Jerz to spend some time with my parents and visit with Papa Scott and his two rugrats.
abbey
There's no joke that can be made here that doesn't seriously put me in danger of having my ass royally whupped by a very large, bald man. (In fact, I'm not even sure if allowed to joke around about not being allowed to joke around)
abbey
That's Abbey on the left.
abbey
Scott and Abbey.

Papa Scott with his two rugrats.
abbey
Abbey hamming it up for the camera.
abbey
Here's little Abbey Rose with Liam (who is again, pulling the best face ever).
abbey
Reminay and Abbey!
abbey
Amy and Abbey (who from the look of things is still getting used to the sensation caused from the wearing of the traditional "Italian Baptismal Buttplug.")
abbey
Amy, Scott and Abbey Rose.
abbey
Abbey and Timmy.
abbey
See? Look, two of them!
abbey
And this little sweetpea is Abbey Rose...luckily, she's looking less and less like Scott everyday.

"Whoa! Ahhhh! Big Hairy Hand!"

Just in case there was any doubt about the father, here's a better shot of her nose. Hehe.

What's weirder than the fact that Scott Jentzen's married? Oh yeah, the fact that he has two...yep TWO...kids. The lovely Abbey Rose was born on March 28, 2002.
