Frank & Liz!After we saw all the neighbor's lights turn on after the first firework exploded (loudly and repeatedly), we decided to......downgrade the birthday festivities to sparklers.Happy birthday, Frank!After cake, we headed outside to watch Frank do his most favorite thing in the world.......light off some 'WORKS! Before lighting off each work, Frank would stop to read us the poorly-written descriptions. Haha....that there's a cake coming!Hahah. I love this photo! He still has no idea...In addition to a holiday party, it was also Franks' birthday!
