Oh, and taking turns wearing Monkey like a little dog-hat. ...Sarah brought Monkey over for an introduction. Around 2:30am, we headed back downstairs. Then we ate the awesome dinner that Sarah cooked! Check out Monkey standing up like a weird muppet-person trying to get herself some delicious gnocchi! Mmmmmmm...mission accomplished! Someone else brought along their Brussels-Griffon dog and Monkey got to bro-down with one of her own kind! I was trying to get another photo of Monkey "smoking" in this photo, but the cigarette fell out of her month (you can see it falling!) right when I snapped the picture. Don't worry, we didn't actually light the cigarette. (Yet). Dogs! Fighting tiny dogs! (In sweaters!) At some point during the night, Sarah discover that if you hold a cigarette out in front on Monkey, she'll take it and just hold it in her mouth like she's a smoker! Hahahaha. This photo makes me laugh so hard. I love how Monkey looks all stiff and fake like Sarah's holding some sort of "smoking dog" novelty toy. ...Monkey (who was also wearing a dog sweater!) and she and Edie were thick as (dog-wrestling) thieves for the rest of the night. ...Edie could spend some QT together. (Leigh was traveling again and so we got Edie for a few more days! Yay!) Thursday night I went over to Sarah's to catch up and so that Monkey and... There were lots o' dogs. Dance for me! Dance I say! I want to smash her furry little face! Sleeping Monkey. Meredith getting her all riled up. Look at the weird, black goaty hairs all over her back! Little goaty dog, little goaty dog! After we went home and dropped our stuff off, we headed over to Sarah's apartment to play with her new puppy, Monkey! Seriously, what's cuter than this dog?
