tagged together in 63 photos flux capacity + voray Temporary door signage. On Tuesday I headed to Voray's new offices in mid-town. Tuesday afternoon I went into Voray to organize the process through which post-event feedback was collected. Went into Voray on Monday and the office was a ghost town by 530. (Doh!) except for one sales dude who was still banging out calls like a boss. ...and to get their Sprint ceremonies scheduled! ...to help with their sales and activation process... Back to Voray on Friday... On Wednesday I went to Voray's fancy new office that overlooks Bryant Park Plan for a plan with Brianna. On Tuesday afternoon I took Lauren, one of my product managers at Voray, out for lunch. ...and then went over to Voray where Eric was proud to show off his baby-starter version! Vin, "Hey, hey, take a picture of me." Me, "Why, what are you doing." Vin (whispers) "I'm Legolas ." (I went ahead an linked that just in case there are any non-virgins who read this site and still want to be in on the joke). ...and David gave us a year-end speech! Here's to another good year! Afterwards, we all headed to a nearby restaurant.... ...for our Voray holiday party! ...to Voray's employees and investors. Cool to see the company grow! On Wednesday afternoon, we had our year-end roadmap presentation.... On Wednesday had a board meeting to review growth-plans with Voray's investors. On Monday afternoon, I went into Voray's offices for a bit. Thanks for having us, Mark! Smoky goodness. After dinner, Mark passed cigars out to everyone! After our day session, Mark Gerson, one of Voray's main investors, had everyone over to his apartment for dinner. On Tuesday afternoon, we had a Voray offsite with the whole team! ...all of the hiring and growth planning we'd talked through at our offsite earlier in the month. Nice to take the team through... Yassss. Well-catered spread from Virgils. Brianna went first! And then we hit the lake again, this time to do some tubin! Pretty great, off-site! Thanks for having me along, Voray! ...and whiteboarding session... ...outside on the deck. Not a bad lil work day. After we wrapped things up, we grabbed the boat and hit the lake to enjoy some sunshine! ...with a lovely view of the lake! We had a 3-hour quarterly planning... On Wednesday evening I went out for drinks with the Voray team to celebrate Brianna's birthday! Haha. Love these pics of carefree, Risky Business Vin. Biked up to Voray and chatted with Vin for a bit (who I'd helped land a job at Voray). Went into Voray for the afternoon and helped them whiteboard their sales process so they could set up Salesforce to better understand their sales pipeline. I got Kevin a job working at Voray, one of my start-up clients and he was stoked on free food Thursdays. lol. Tuesday whiteboarding at Voray. On Monday I went to Voray's new offices for work. You know it's an early stage start-up... ...if they've got me drawing product-page UX notes for the CTO! Went into Voray to wrap up my work with them for the year! Thanks for having me! Fun to watch you guys grow! Went into Voray on Monday afternoon. Went into Voray to help with some product work on Tuesday! Went to meet up with David & Duncan about Voray and helped them put together a plan for a functional product launch. Yay, whiteboarding! Voray launched the 2.0 version of their website Playing around with LinkedIn's API. On Wednesday afternoon I went over to the We Work space in Flatiron to meet up with David with his new start-up Voray! Excited to be involved in start-ups when they are less than 3 people. (Voray is still around and has over 30 employees today)
