Saturday was my last day in NYC before a quick 5-day trip to Tulum I booked last minute! Went to Odessa for some pancakes and bacon. Pancakes & milkshake for dinner is my ultimate comfort flex. ...and had late night pancakes, eggs & bacon from Odessa. (RIP!) Treated myself to some birthday pancakes and a few chapters. Celebrated my day off on Friday with breakfast-for-lunch. ...headed over to Odessa for our traditional "welcome back to NY" breakfast. Odessa lunch is the best part of my new work-from-home schedule. My Odessa standard: two-eggs over easy with chocolate chip pancakes! This time we stopped at Odessa on the way to the subway to get a PROPER diner breakfast!
