Empty boardwalk. Buds. Empty boardwalk. Boardwalk facing west. The boardwalk east of 60th Street is closed off because they're going to re-do it! We called Pauly and Lisa to meet up with them and found out that they were 30 blocks away. But it's always nice to walk the boardwalk, so we hoofer over to meet them. We got off at our normal stop in Far Rockaway... We headed back home around 4:30. On Saturday, a whole bunch of us went back out to Far Rockaway for a beach day... ...but it started raining after we'd only been there for 30 minutes! We tried waiting it out on the boardwalk... Usually we go to the western, more deserted part of Rockaway Beach, but this time we went to the main beach so that Pauly could surf. The lovely boardwalk.
