About 15 minutes into our swim, breakfast was announced. And, holy moly, what a breakfast it was! This time we stopped at Odessa on the way to the subway to get a PROPER diner breakfast! Eggs, muffins and chocolate chip pancakes! Look who decided to get a big boy breakfast! Teeny tiny delicious pancakes. On Sunday morning, Meredith made me this amazing breakfast. (Chocolate chip pancakes and fresh mango? OMG). After a couple hours of playing Rockband, we decided to continue to our refusal to acknowledge conventional adulthood by making giant blueberry pancakes for lunch.
