surf + beach
These big trucks were all over the place hauling sand.Better luck next cove.Strong onshore.Excellent day at the beach. After we'd gotten our fill of swimming...Gove came out to join the party a little late...Later that afternoon, Chris and Steve decided to go for a second session......and then walked south down the beach back to watch the guys surf Colorado again!We hit the beach early on Saturday....we hit the beach for a bit! (Not much going on).Love these two.The water was totally flat all day, so we did lotsa paddling around.Low tide.We got a few hours in during the early morning, but around 10:30, a few really big big waves (double-overheads!) started coming in.That waterproof sunblock really brings out my eyes.Empty line up.Usually we go to the western, more deserted part of Rockaway Beach, but this time we went to the main beach so that Pauly could surf.
