With the bar raised high. B-Batch speps to the mic to deliver Misfits sing-along "Last Caress" We all know Brian can look like Danzig and the boyz but can he sound like them?
karaoke
"Oh sweet death, one last Carrrrressssssssss!" Bri selects a biddy to mack on once he gets done rockin the LES.
karaoke
Shit, man; His mama din't raise no dummy! Owen wisely steps backwards to exit the stage to let Brian "Goldenballs" Battjer bask in rökk gloree! Extra points for that nastee grimace. Noice!
karaoke
This is the bit where 250 New Yorkers pay homage to a Neon sign...as Owen deadpans (every week) "Neon.....it's a gas!"
karaoke
Sign O' the Devil. "Scream for me New York...RUN-FOR-YOUR-LIVES!"
karaoke
Granted the spray-on jeans played a part in hitting those higher registers.
karaoke
Proprietor and emcee "Owen the Brummie" gives madd props where madd props is due with a double index finger hail. This was the exact moment where the Arlene Grocery foundations were thoroughly shaken for the first of four times on that fateful evening.
karaoke
One dude in the front row was so overcome by my re-voicing of 'Maidens' tale of the subjugation of the indigenous North American tribes, he actually reached out with a view to tweak my trouser schnauzer. Possibly to check if I was for real.
karaoke
Dancing With Myself. Unfortunately Colin was really singing from the heart on this one.
karaoke
The front row's attempts to push Big Daddy into a bucket and smuggle his "fumbling-the-lyrics ass" out of the premises ended in vain.
karaoke
Myself, O.G (Original Grantster) getting stuck in to the 'Maiden Klässik "Run to the Hills" I wasn't reading off that lyric sheet, Holmes; I was fanning off the front row as they swooned from my hot, hot heat.
karaoke
Girl in front; "Who does this guy think he is? I'd never let him see my boobs either."
karaoke
Sarah, the mystery man, Pang Pang and Anise get up and perform Def Leppard's rokk anthem "Pour Some Sugar on Me."
karaoke
"In the name of LEEEE-OVE!"
karaoke
After getting the ladies all wet with a solo rendition of the Police's 1978 hit "Roxanne," Emily and I stepped up to the mic to kick a duet of Human League's 1982 hit "Don't You Want Me." Check out DJ/Entertainer Jo Jo Russell (the karaoke emcee) pumpin his fist Arsenio Hall style. "Hoo Hoo Hoo!"
karaoke
Grant warms it up BeeGee style as Kristen films.
karaoke
"You in the jungle, baby. You gonna diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiie."
karaoke
Where the fuck are my lips?
karaoke
I stepped up for a little Gunsn'fuckingRoses.
karaoke
David steps up with a little Sugar Ray
karaoke
The incorrigible Lola presides over all things karaoke.
karaoke
"Well I guess it would be nice / If I could touch your body / You know not everybody / Has got a body like you," I sang to David as he smiled and coyly rubbed his groin.
karaoke
I decided to sing "Faith" by George Michael. This is me striking my very authentic George Michael Stance. (P.S. - check out my little bum. You could fit that shit in a teacup.)
karaoke
I gotta have Faaayth-ah!
karaoke
"You're schmoopie!"
"No! You're schmoopie! Yes you are! Yes you are!"
karaoke
The night ended prematurely when in the midst of "Copa Cabana" Lorelei shot Emma with a bolt of lightning.
karaoke
Again, Grant is the motherfucking karaoke master. This night he freaked us all out with a 100% accurate Bowie impression of "Life On Mars."
karaoke
Yeah, that's right. We're glowing like the metal on the edge of a knife.
karaoke
After our 3 hour dinner, the few of us that hadn't lapsed into pasta-induced glucose-shock, headed out for KARAOKE! Em & Lo kick things off with their classic rendition of "Steal My Sunshine."
karaoke
Lo and I halfway through our seven-plus minute rendition of Meatloaf's "Paradise By the Dashboard Lights."
karaoke
Tookie refused to sing so Joey and Lo tried to get her into it by accompanying her.
karaoke
"There was nobody." (Grant's really not this funny looking...I'm only posting this pic because I think it's neat that the words from the TV prompter showed up in the picture.)
karaoke
Beyond his superb vox skillz, he also wowed the audience with some "moves" during the "instrumental break" portion of the song.
karaoke
Grant ended the song by turning his back on the monitor and going buckwild, falsetto-scat style. Holy Shit!
karaoke
For anyone who doesn't know, Grant is hands down one of the best karaoke performers I have ever seen. He choose to sing "You Should Be Dancin'" by the BeeGees (and he sang that shit higher than any BeeGee would've dreamed of singing it).
karaoke
Wait, what?

Me singing Billy Idol's 'Dancing With Myself' (check out Lola rocking out in the background. Schweet.)

"Can you feel it, baby? Yeah, I can too"
