tagged together in 37 photos leigh + geordon Back in September of 2015, Lizzy came to my aparment to go through hundreds of my old music and nightlife photos as candidates for her then in-progress book! Five of my photos ended up making it into the final book.... ...Leigh and Geordon were DJing at. Nice to catch up with them. Had been a long time since I'd been out to the kleeerb. There were lasers and everything! A little after 5pm, we decided to pack it in (wanted to make sure I had time for a nap before my birthday party!). Haha. Leigh and Geordon came out to meet us. Went down to the dock to watch the sunset. We'd worked up a big appetite, so around 7:30... Group shot. Geordon & Leigh. Geordon's form was impressive. Haha. Captain Geordon's hair is unstoppable. Heading out to sea! Backyard. Late on Saturday night I got an iChat video invite from Leigh. She and Geordon were DJing some huge mega party (in Barcelona?) and had their laptop facing the crowd - so when I accepted the video chat, I was immediately teleported into the midst of thousands of people going apeshit at some huge dance party. Hahaha. Then they turned the camera back around into the DJ booth. Here she is together with Geordon dressed up as V. ...which had a whole photo spread on the MisShapes. And they even managed to get Edie into the shoot! Then AFTER karaoke, I went to some party that Geordon and Leigh were throwing around the corner... Here's Geordon bringing out the "Happy Birthday U Big Bitch" birthday cake! Hahaha. Not many people know this, but late at night Geordon freestyles. Rock the mic like a vandal, indeed! Wait, who's number one? Leigh and Geordon started DJing (while maintaining their "sexy faces" the entire time) and the next thing you know the dancefloor turned into a... Geordon and Leigh. Misshapes kids on the decks laying down fat beats for the... And special lap-guest, Geordon! When I went downstairs to make a pee pee I found Geordon telling Leigh about his new balloon ("His name is Steve.") ...the King and Queen of the prom! And the queen is... DJ Loveleigh on deck, yo. Meanwhile, over in the DJ booth... Gay boy kissing a girl! Gay boy kissing a girl! ...Leigh was attacking Geordon. ...a bday barbeque thrown by the MisShapes kids at Gregg's apartment. Here's Gregg, Leigh (aka - The Tinny) and Geordan. Leigh and Geordon. Then "hot embraces." But something was missing. In the end, I decided that I'd come see them at Pianos in a few days and re-shoot them there with a lens that works better in the dark. And without a flash, the pics were just too blurry. I took a few pics of Geordon and Leigh in action, but I'd forgotten my faster lens and wasn't crazy about how the pics looked with the flash.
