On Monday night I went to a TACO PARTY at Casa de Wang! I was reading a meditation book written by the HeartMath Institute and I have written down in my diary that I was practicing their technique on the subway ride to Brooklyn.

My notes: "With each in-breath, feel GRATITUDE IN YOUR HEART, with each out-breath, feel LOVE IN YOUR SOLAR PLEXUS.
