Congrats, you two! Meredith was there and was one day away from leaving for her trip to Myanmar to visit Jack . On Monday evening I brought Maddy over to Ellen's for a dog hang. The Dude wanted to join the party. ...and Piper and The Dude picked me up... On Saturday Ellen & Hans... Everybody laughing at how The Dude decided to sit at the table with us. Sweeeeet freedom! Ellen picked me up bright and early Thursday morning for a dog party hiking trip. FOUR DOG CAR PARTY. She arrived with Piper and The Dude and I rolled up with Maddy and Edie. ...Ellen and Hans over for an apartment brunch! Brought the pack back to mine to hang. Ellen getting The Dude... It was really cold outside, and the space was a big, open converted barn, so we had to get the woodburning stove cranking and stay sort of close. Cuddle buds. So much majesty! On Friday night, Ellen, Grant, Piper and the Dude came over for a hang. Three-dog couch party We took turns passing around The Dude ...is that it takes them a really long time to realize that they're not lap-dogs! The best thing about giant puppy dogs... The fluffiest puppy. Ellen, Hans, Piper and their new Golden Retriever puppy, THE DUDE!
