tagged together in 30 photos dad + max My mom kept crying because my dad's cancer was continuing to progress and we all knew this would probably be the last time we'd all be together. Did my Uncle duty and taught Max the joys of the whoopee cushion... ...and they sent me cute pics. My brother and his family were down in Florida visiting my parents... Great to watch my parents be grandparents on Christmas. Cut to 7am Christmas morning! While my parents hung out with Max... On Sunday we headed over to my cousin Chris' house! Lotsa boy Battjers & Dexter the dog! ...the Sandia Peak Tramway... My dad making Max laugh. ;) (I'm writing this in January 2019, four months after my father's passing and it's nice to see all these photos of him). Miss you, dad! Later that evening, we got dressed up and headed to the wedding! Pop Pop & Max Lunch! Pop Pop helping Max put a bracelet on. Made to my brother's house just in time for lasagna. Yes! My brother dressed up as the Man in the Yellow Hat! Wait, why he laughing? Max is super into touching and holding where the action is. My brother tried to raise it out of his reach, but he wasn't deterred. Give it back! Problem fixed with Pop-pop's hat! Sun's too bright! Bealls & Battjers! Pop Pop got to pinch hit on feeding the Max! On Friday morning I packed my bags and said farewell to the exuberant grandparents. Your kid has a kid! It was fun getting to see my parents be grandparents for the first time. Max smiling at my dad!
