On Saturday morning, we checked out and said farewell before splitting up into separate cars for our drive home. Here's to a brand new year - love you all lots! ;) ...and spent the evening doing puzzles and having a mellow evening together. We ordered dinner in... We packed up later that afternoon and drove to a nearby hotel so we could enjoy one more night out in the Hamptons before driving home. ...pop it off for 2016! Happy New Year! ...directly to Brooklyn to a garden party celebrating Meredith & Dylan moving in together. Take Two was a bullseye! (The Dude all scrunched up in Hans' arms! Here we go! It was really cold outside, and the space was a big, open converted barn, so we had to get the woodburning stove cranking and stay sort of close. Went to a dinner party at Ellen & Hans' on Wednesday. After we ate, we busted out the big screen projector... Thanks for having us all over and cooking for us! ...more people joined in! Later in the evening I went to La Palapa party room to celebrate Karen's birthday! Thanks for always inviting us all into your home and... Auto-timer class portrait before we all went our separate ways! Thanks for a lovely weekend, everyone! Afterwards, I took a cab down to the West Village for a Mexican feast to celebrate Meredith's birthday. ...and a whole roomful of people he knew yelled SURPRISE! Later that evening, Mer and I went out to Brooklyn for dinner to celebrate... Our groups combined tables and we ordered lots of food. A little after two am we gathered our crew... Everyone hung out for a bit...
