Got this neat little book of excellent sayings by the guy who founded aikido. Fun to thumb through them over and over. Bought a few extra copies of this excellent book to share with others. ...read this new book on pranayama I got talks about learning to hold your breath for three hours like it's NBD! After throwing some coins, I settled in to read the excellent and highly recommended Emergence by Barbara Marx Hubbard ...is to help you keep track of the frequency of the different hexagrams you cast. Then spent the afternoon with some new books! This excellent I Ching workbook... Before I left at the end of the day, the team surprised with a going away gift - my very own TIN FOIL HAT! Great Barbara Marx Hubbard quote at the end of Prometheus Rising. (Imagining something is the first step in making it happen). Nobody can steal your SLACK, but be careful because you can be tricked into giving it away. Crazy to think that this book was created in the late 70s / early 80s. Much-less accessible than Robert Wilson's stuff, but a real delight for a certain type of weirdo like me. After getting into Robert Anton Wilson, I started reading this (even weirder book) the next day. The Book of the SubGenius : The Sacred Teachings of J.R. 'Bob' Dobbs On Sunday afternoon, I had my head smashed open by this fantastically weird book. Can't recommend this book highly enough! Prometheus Rising by Robert Anton Wilson .
